Starting from Ordinary Conversations, Alfian Sometimes Collaborates with Bembi Noor to Create the Latest Music Alfian Sometimes &Copy;special

Kapanlagi.com - Alfian Sometimes admitted that he missed returning to the world of music. He, who is currently active as an Expert Staff Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives, has even expressed his longing to Bembi Noor to collaborate in creating a new work.

When met in Jakarta recently, Alfian shared about his desire that has emerged since 2019. Starting from ordinary conversations, ideas emerged to create a work as a remedy for longing.

“The initial desire to return to the world of music came back in April 2019. Then I shared with Mas Bembi, because we have often worked together, so there are many things we talk about even outside of music. From there, I have materials for songs that I want to produce together with Mas Bembi,” said Alfian.

1. Deferred Desires

However, the discourse has not been implemented until now due to both Alfian Kadang and Bembi Noor being focused on their respective activities.

Moreover, with the outbreak of Covid-19 in Indonesia, Alfian, who just completed his accompanying duties in March 2020, had to postpone his desire.

“The song material is already fixed and only vocal takes are left. But because of our busy schedules, it collided again with a time that is quite difficult to arrange. After returning from accompanying a member of the Indonesian Parliament, it coincided with the implementation of PSBB, and in that month, the Covid-19 pandemic was booming again. So once again, the production of my single with Mas Bembi is postponed,” he said.

2. Reasons for Returning to the Music World

In addition, Alfian Kadang's desire to return to music is not without reason. He has been active in the music world before serving in the Indonesian Parliament.

“The music world has been very familiar to me since I was young until now. In fact, this music world is what made me known for the works I have produced. In the past, Benny Panjaitan (Panbers) once asked me to recycle Panbers' hit singles, which means I became more serious in the music world and continued to release my debut single in 2014 titled 'Cukup Kamu' and my second single in 2016, 'Atas Nama Cinta',” he said.
