Eny reveals that the challenges faced in this business are the lack of capital to develop the business. Especially in the current pandemic situation, they must be more creative in promoting a culinary business.

"They can open an offline shop and have a good management system to develop catering," Eny expressed her hopes.

Of course, the signature menu is Ayam Lodho. However, there are other menus that can be ordered such as grilled chicken, grilled carp, meat satay, and many more. The ordering deadline for these menus is maximum H-1, while for tumpeng and boxed rice, it can be ordered H-2.

"Those menus can be ordered maximum H-1, while tumpeng and boxed rice can be ordered H-2. The price for Ayam Lodho kampung is 100 thousand per chicken, if in the form of boxed rice, it can be ordered at least 15 boxes," Eny said.
