Cooking method:
1) Cut the lamb meat into medium-sized cubes.

- 250 gr of lamb (can be replaced with beef)
- 1 stalk of lemongrass (crushed)
- 5 cm of galangal (crushed)
- 1 piece of ginger (crushed)
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 1 sachet of coconut milk
- Sufficient amount of pepper powder
- Sufficient amount of salt
- Sufficient amount of sugar
- Sufficient amount of water
- Sufficient amount of cabbage
- 10 red bird's eye chilies
- 2 tomatoes
Ground Seasoning Ingredients:
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 6 shallots
- 2 candlenuts
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
How to cook tongseng:
1) Prepare and wash the vegetable ingredients: cabbage, tomatoes, and chilies.
2) Cut them into desired sizes (depending on preference)
3) Cut the meat into diced pieces (size depends on individual preference)
4) Sauté the ground seasoning until fragrant.
5) Add other spices, such as bay leaves, lemongrass, ginger, and galangal, then stir until wilted.
6) Add the meat into the cooked seasoning. Then stir until the meat and seasoning are evenly mixed.
7) Next, add water, coconut milk, and sweet soy sauce. Then stir until well blended.
8) Add salt, sugar, and pepper (according to taste).
9) Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
10) Once the taste is right, you just need to cook it until the seasoning is absorbed.
11) After the seasoning is absorbed into the meat, add sliced tomatoes, bird's eye chilies, and cabbage.
12) Cook again until the cooked vegetables start to wilt or until the desired texture and taste are achieved.
13) When ready, tongseng is ready to be served. For completeness, you can add sliced celery leaves and fried onions.

- 500 grams of goat meat
- 5 cloves of shallots
- 1 onion
- 5 cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 3 cardamom (ground)
- 1/2 nutmeg
- 1 tomato (cut into 4 pieces)
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
Ground seasoning ingredients:
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 1 thumb-sized ginger
- 2 cm turmeric
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of ground pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of ground cumin
How to cook goat curry:
1) Prepare the meat, cut it and then boil it until half cooked.
2) Slice the onion and shallots.
3) Sauté the sliced shallots, onion, and cinnamon sticks until fragrant.
4) Add the ground seasoning, nutmeg, and cloves.
5) After the seasoning is mixed and fragrant, add the seasoning to the boiled goat meat, then stir until evenly distributed.
6) Add the cardamom.

- 1/4 kg beef
- 3 potatoes

- 1 stalk of celery
- Beef broth powder
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Pepper to taste
How to cook beef soup:
1) Peel and wash the potatoes and carrots. Then, cut them according to your preference.
2) Soak the glass noodles in hot water, then drain them after the texture of the noodles becomes chewy.
3) Cut the celery and spring onion according to your preference.
