Her mother, who is also a legendary singer in the country, Emilia Contessa, passed away at RSUD Blambangan Banyuwangi, East Java, on January 27, 2025, around 6:00 PM WIB. Denada immediately flew and traveled by land for 7 hours to Banyuwangi. Denada's manager, Risna Ories, stated that the evening before her passing, the deceased was still able to chat with her eldest daughter. Not long after, she was rushed to the hospital and declared dead. Risna also revealed the medical history of the deceased. Meanwhile, Denada is still in shock and has not been able to provide an official statement regarding her mother's passing.
