Today, Wednesday (13/4), the family held a Mehendi ceremony at Ranbir Kapoor's house. After the Mehendi ceremony, Neetu Kapoor, Ranbir's mother, made an official statement to the media.

As reported by Hindustantimes.com, Neetu confirmed that her son will get married tomorrow, Thursday (14/4). The BRAMASHTRA film star will tie the knot at his home, Vastu, located in Mumbai.

The mehendi event of Ranbir and Alia took place in a private venue. Media personnel were not allowed inside the venue and paparazzi were stopped by bodyguards at the gate.

Only Neetu Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor came out to greet the media. Riddhima, who is Ranbir's sister, mentioned that Alia looked very beautiful today.

"She looks cute like a doll," said Riddhima.
