On September 5, 2012, Nikita was involved in a fight with sisters Olivia and Beverly Sandie at a bar in Kemang, South Jakarta. She was detained for 57 days before being released under mandatory reporting conditions. On April 24, 2013, the South Jakarta District Court sentenced her to four months in prison. Nikita appealed, but the DKI Jakarta High Court increased the sentence to five months. The cassation to the Supreme Court was rejected, and in early 2015, she served the remaining sentence of 93 days to complete a total of 150 days in prison.
On July 27, 2013, Nikita was involved in a fight with Fia at the Golden Monkey Cafe in Bandung. At that time, it was the month of Ramadan. Both parties reported each other to the police. On February 6, 2014, both sides agreed to withdraw their reports, indicating a peaceful resolution.
On December 10, 2015, Nikita was arrested in a raid related to alleged online prostitution at the Kempinski Hotel in Central Jakarta. Her arrest stemmed from a previous arrest of Robby Abbas, who was the pimp. Nikita was then summoned several times to the Criminal Investigation Agency of the National Police.
Nikita was reported for alleged assault against Lucky, the personal assistant of the late Julia Perez, which occurred on October 29, 2016, at the Dragon Fly nightclub in Jakarta.
