Abidzar Al Ghifari Summons Account that Insults Umi Pipik, Ensures Will Take Legal Action if There is No News - Calls This a Form of Devotion

Abidzar admitted that before sending the legal notice, he had not communicated at all with the two accounts that made negative comments about his mother. He considers this action as a last resort to give the concerned parties a chance to speak.

"If it’s about communication, there is none, absolutely none. With this summons, this becomes our media to give the concerned party the opportunity to communicate with us," Abidzar explained.

This decision was certainly not made lightly. Abidzar emphasized that this step has been carefully considered. Even though there is already a summons, he stated that this move does not yet ensure a chance for peace with the party that has made negative comments. "We will see later," he said.

Although there is a possibility of a peaceful resolution, Abidzar stressed that if there is no news from the two accounts within two days or 2X24 hours, he will proceed with legal action. According to him, it is time for there to be a deterrent effect for those who feel free to insult others without consequences. "Yes, we will reconsider that. What is certain is that we will wait for news in the next two days; if there is none, we will definitely take it to the legal route," said Abidzar.

Comments attacking Umi Pipik first appeared in February 2025. Until now, these comments can still be found on social media. This has made Abidzar even more confident to take more serious legal action. "Yes, there are still a lot of them," said Abidzar.

Rendy Anggara Putra, Abidzar's legal counsel, revealed that although the account owner has deleted their comments, the existing digital evidence will still be used. Rendy emphasized that technology now allows authorities to track anyone involved, no matter where they are. "This account, even after this press conference, has been deleted, if they do not communicate with Abi or through management to meet Abi directly, then we have already captured that evidence, and the police are sophisticated now," said Rendy.

Abidzar and the legal team have also prepared the next steps if there is no good faith from the concerned party. Rendy also reminded that although these accounts can erase their digital footprints, the police still have the ability to trace their identities.

"There are Cyber Crime units that can trace exactly whose account this is, no matter where they want to hide in the world, they can be found. So, if after seeing this news it reaches their ears and they delete the account, and then do not communicate with us, we will still proceed with legal action, just like that," said Rendy.

Abidzar's decision to take legal action is not without the full support of his mother, Umi Pipik. Umi Pipik herself, although feeling very hurt by the negative comments she received, still gives Abidzar complete freedom to make decisions. She also understands that Abidzar feels the need to defend the family's good name. "Thank God Umi leaves all of this decision to me because as a child, when you know your mother is being mocked by people, insulted, it's impossible for the child to stay silent and Umi can't possibly forbid it," explained Abidzar.

As a child, Abidzar feels that he not only represents himself, but also his family, even his mother. He is serious about going through this legal process and feels that it is his responsibility to ensure his mother's good name is maintained. "I am just a child representing the family, myself, and even representing my mother. I am not joking around here," Abidzar asserted.
