Memorable Birthday Gifts, Here are 10 Photos of Abidzar Sending a Legal Notice to Two Hater Accounts for the Sake of His Beloved Mother - The Comments Have Crossed the Line

Abidzar Al Ghifari has finally taken legal action against malicious comments targeting his mother, Umi Pipik. He stated that he has sent a legal notice to two social media accounts that are considered to have crossed the line.

"After a long time of commotion recently, my team and I will bring this matter to a serious level. Tonight I am sending a legal notice to these two accounts. Today is my birthday, and this notice is my dedication to Umi," said Abidzar in the Buncit area, South Jakarta, Sunday (13/4/2025). Here are the details.

This step was taken not without consideration, as Abidzar felt that the comments had become intolerable. He emphasized that he would not remain silent if his family became the target of insults. "This has gone too far and crossed the line, and I will take legal action. This serves as a warning to be careful when using social media," he said.

The two accounts that received the warning are @soundofyogi and @francoissigit, who have been given 2x24 hours to contact Abidzar or his legal team. Abidzar's attorney, Rendy Anggara Putra, stated that this step has been thoroughly prepared. "The warning gives those two accounts 2x24 hours to contact the management of the child of the late Ustaz Jeffri Al Buchori or the legal representative," he said.

This warning is not just a mere notice, but also demands an explanation from the perpetrators regarding their comments about Umi Pipik. Abidzar feels the need to clarify the malicious intent directed at his mother. "The demand made by Abidzar is to request clarification from the alleged perpetrators regarding the meaning and purpose of their unpleasant comments towards Umi Pipik," he explained.

Rendy also emphasized that if there is no good faith from the two accounts, a police report will be filed immediately. He opened the possibility that in the future the number of reported accounts could increase. "If they do not respond within two days, we will take this matter to the legal route, we will report it to the police. Tonight there are only two, but in the future, the number of reporters may increase," he said.

For Rendy, Abidzar's attitude is very natural as a child wanting to protect his mother. He sees the importance of legal action so that others also learn about the limits of commenting on social media. "At the same time, it also provides a lesson that no one is allowed to make comments that could lead to legal consequences," he said.

All this time, Abidzar chose to remain silent, but this time he felt he had to speak up to protect the family's dignity. He emphasized that this step was taken with full awareness, not an emotional reaction. "I want my birthday to be memorable, so I am summoning these two accounts," said Abidzar.

Abidzar also ensured that the steps he took had been approved by his mother, even though Umi Pipik chose not to show her heartache in public. He feels responsible as a son.

"Alhamdulillah Umi entrusted it to me, as a child when you know your mother is being mocked and insulted, you won't just stand by. This is the best decision. Umi must be heartbroken and cannot accept it but cannot show it as she has to maintain her image. But I represent the family, I am not joking," he explained.

Although his mother tries to be patient and prays for those who hurt her, Abidzar cannot hold back from taking action. He feels there is a limit that should not be crossed. "As a mother, she doesn't want to appear sad and hurt, Umi only seeks forgiveness and tries to mend her heart. Praying for those people to be safe. But as her child, I cannot just stand by," said Abidzar.

"So, this comment will appear in February 2025. Why did I decide to send a formal notice now? In February, I was reflecting and learning from what happened. In March, during the fasting month, it is better to worship than to deal with this issue, as it could diminish the rewards of fasting. April is a suitable moment and coincides with my birthday, which is significant because I am defending my mother," he concluded.
