Acting Debut in the Series 'HITAM', Sara Fajira Experiences Mystical Things in the Middle of the Pine Forest

Sara was chosen as the female lead character named Tika in the thriller series titled HITAM. According to Sara, the character she played is a smart and sensitive person, but also stubborn.

This first acting experience is admitted to be very exciting and unforgettable. Besides being immediately appointed as the main character, Sara also had the opportunity to act alongside senior actor Donny Damara who she has only seen in movies.

1. Can't Hold Back Tears

Through her debut, Sara Fajira underwent a photoshoot in the pine forest area of Bantul, Yogyakarta. There was one day where this Surabaya-born singer felt a different aura while on set.

"We were shooting in the pine forest. I don't know why, but there was one day where the aura was different, I came to the set feeling very sad and cried a lot. Until everyone at the location asked why," said Sara quoted from a WhatsApp message received by KapanLagi.com.

2. The Cause of the Different Aura

The change in aura on set certainly made Sara Fajira wonder. Once she found out the answer, she was both believing and not believing.

"After I asked the people there, it turns out that there was a 'forest inhabitant' wedding party happening at that time. So indeed, the aura was not good," said the 25-year-old girl.

HITAM itself is a series created by Sidharta Tata which started airing on June 19th on the streaming service Klik Film. The four-episode series tells the story of cannibalism terror in a remote village.
