The singer of the song Thank You, Love, Afgansyah Reza, expressed deep impressions of Titiek Puspa, who throughout her life showed great concern for others. He admitted to having learned many valuable lessons from the late artist.

"The last time we spoke was like at the end of last year, December 2024. She called, she said she saw the news about many children unable to go to school because they didn't have uniforms. Then she kind of asked me how to help find funds to give to the children who couldn't afford to buy uniforms," he said after the seven-day mourning event for Titiek Puspa's passing at the PTIK Building, South Jakarta, Thursday (17/4/2025).

According to the man born on May 27, 1989, that last conversation became tangible evidence of how much Titiek Puspa cared about the fate of the nation's future generations.

Afgansyah Reza stated that the late one was always present in his career journey. From the beginning of his career until the very end, Titiek Puspa never stopped giving attention.

"She was always there in my career journey from the beginning until the end of her life, she still liked to call me," he said.

Not only personal attention but also the values of humanity that Titiek Puspa often conveyed to him. One of the messages he remembers most is about empathy.

"He always said not to forget to care for others. That sense of empathy should never fade. Even if we are blessed with fortune, we must still care for others and not forget," he expressed.

Afgansyah Reza acknowledged that Titiek Puspa's humble personality and sensitivity to her surroundings are examples he will always remember.

According to him, the late artist was not only a music maestro but also a mother of the nation who cared for the youth and social issues.

Afgan, who attended the seven-day tahlilan event with Rossa, also felt fortunate to have been close to a legendary figure like Titiek Puspa.

When asked about her favorite song by Titiek Puspa, she mentioned one of the maestro's legendary works. "Oh Kupu-Kupu Malam. What else," she replied with a smile.
