Interestingly, Aldi is offering an additional deal that is quite eye-catching. He will give a bonus of one luxury car to buyers who are willing to purchase the house without bargaining.

The house is known to be in a condition that is still new and sturdy. However, Aldi mentioned that there are some items that are not included in the sale, one of which is his personal piano.

Behind this sale, it was revealed that the luxury house was a gift from property businessman Ardhan Leemy that Aldi received around September 2023. Now, less than three years after receiving it, Aldi has decided to sell the house to meet what he called urgent funding needs.

Aldi's decision has immediately caught the public's attention. Various reactions emerged from netizens, ranging from those wishing for the house to sell quickly to those highlighting Aldi's unique way of marketing his property.
