In the midst of her divorce process, beauty vlogger Tasya Farasya is also facing another legal issue that is no less complicated. She is alleged to be a victim of fund embezzlement carried out by one of her former employees.

This case is currently being handled by the same legal team that is accompanying her in the divorce process, namely Sangun Ragahdo and Fattah Riphat. According to them, the legal process is still ongoing, and they are waiting for good faith from the reported party.

"So the last information we conveyed is that we have sent a formal notice to the other party and it has been responded to, and we have met, yes," said Sangun Ragahdo when met in the SCBD area, South Jakarta, Wednesday (12/11/2025).

In that meeting, the reported party has admitted their actions. However, until now there has been no concrete resolution, especially regarding the refund.

"From them, they asked for some time to either adjust the data, calculations, or whatever. So far, our communication regarding that is still ongoing," he continued.

Although it has been acknowledged, the reported party is requesting time to recalculate the actual amount of losses. This is what is causing the process to be somewhat delayed.

"So the meeting is to first determine how much the amount actually is? How much is their version, how much is our version," explained Fattah Riphat.

Sangun added, if there is no resolution within the agreed time, they will not hesitate to take further legal action by filing a police report.

"So we are still observing, because the other party is also cooperative, they met with us and want to see what it's called, first calculate how much it actually is," said Sangun.

As is known, this case surfaced some time ago when Tasya Farasya revealed allegations of fund misappropriation committed by her trusted person. The losses incurred are estimated to reach a quite fantastic amount.
