Allegedly Spreading Personal Data of Lolly, Nikita Mirzani Reports Razman Nasution to Polda Metro Jaya

Accompanied by her attorney, Fahmi Bachmid, Nikita reported Razman Arief Nasution, who is known to be the legal counsel for Vadel Badjideh. With report number LP/B/5969/X/2024/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, Razman was reported for allegedly spreading the personal data of Lolly, Nikita Mirzani's child.

The report relates to allegations of violations of the Personal Data Protection Law, specifically regarding the dissemination of sensitive personal information. Fahmi Bachmid explained that this report was submitted based on Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection.

"I just made a report with Nikita regarding the alleged criminal acts regulated in the Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 27 of 2022," said Fahmi at Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday (3/10/2024).

1. Razman Commits a Crime

Fahmi added that the dissemination of personal data without permission is a criminal act regulated under Article 65 in conjunction with Article 57 of the Personal Data Protection Law. "Where in Article 4 it is specified that there is what is meant by specific personal data, one of which is health data and information," he said.

"Based on Article 65 in conjunction with Article 57, the act of someone disseminating is a criminal act regulated under the Personal Data Protection Law," he continued.

Nikita Mirzani initially hesitated to mention who she reported to the Metro Jaya Police. However, after finishing the report, she finally revealed that the person she reported was Razman Arief Nasution.

"No need for initials. Yes, today I went to the police to report Doctor RAN, Razman Nasution (laughs) who is the master of the ninja turtle," said Nikita Mirzani.

2. Lolly is Still Underage

Nikita stated that as a parent, any information regarding her daughter should not be disseminated without the family's consent. "Because there is one thing that should not be spread, told to the public, let alone known by journalists to become public consumption as well. After all, Laura is still a minor, under the care of Nikita Mirzani," she said.

Nikita also emphasized that as a lawyer, Razman should be wiser in providing information to the public. "So whatever it is regarding Laura must be based on her parents' permission. Razman, as a lawyer, should be smart in providing any information," concluded Nikita Mirzani.
