Ammar Zoni's Drug Network Uses Secret Messaging Apps and Aliases

Kapanlagi.com - The drug trafficking network allegedly controlled by actor Ammar Zoni from within the Salemba Prison operates in a very neat and organized manner. In the first trial, the Public Prosecutor (JPU) revealed how they use technology and aliases to carry out their actions.

According to the indictment read at the Central Jakarta District Court on Thursday (23/10/2025), all communications within this network are conducted through a secret messaging application called Zangi. This application was chosen to avoid tracking by the authorities.

Not only that, the members of the network also use unique nicknames, inspired by anime characters. One of the defendants, for example, communicated with the dealer using the nickname "Kilua Zoldyck", a character from the series Hunter x Hunter.

"By picking up goods from a... from a person, or dealer user through the Zangi application with the number 1029867734 under the name Kilua Zoldyckck," the prosecutor stated while reading the charges.

Their work system is very structured. There are those who are responsible for picking up goods, connecting, and even retailing within the prison. The payment system is also conducted professionally through bank transfers or digital wallets.

"The profits of the defendants one, two, and three, amount to Rp 150,000 per day by being sent by someone above or a dealer through BCA bank... to the Dana account," the prosecutor explained.
