Becoming a Doctor, Maissy Pramaisshela is Now Pursuing Specialist Education in Internal Medicine

Since 2024, Maissy Pramaisshela has decided to continue her education. She is currently pursuing PPDS or the Specialist Medical Education Program, and Maissy has chosen to study Internal Medicine.

The Specialist Medical Education that Maissy is undertaking usually lasts for about 9 semesters. Due to this education, Maissy has resigned from her job at a hospital in Jakarta.

Doctor Maissy, that's how the former child singer is now known to the public. The owner of the full name Pramaisshela Arinda Daryono Putri has indeed stepped back from the entertainment world and chosen to focus on becoming a doctor.

After 9 years of working at a hospital in Jakarta as a general practitioner, Maissy decided to pursue a Specialist Doctor education. She resigned from the hospital where she had been working since 2014 and is still engaged in her further education until now.

Maissy is pursuing her specialist doctor education at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia. From this campus, Maissy also obtained her doctor degree.

Even though she has been a doctor for a long time, Maissy is not the type to like showing off photos in a white coat or doctor’s jacket. She has her own reasons behind this decision. Maissy does not upload photos in a white coat too often because she does not want her photos to be misused by irresponsible parties. Many doctors' photos have been misappropriated by a health brand, but the products cannot be held accountable.

Maissy is currently focused on pursuing a specialist education in internal medicine. While raising her three sons, Maissy is undertaking her education, which typically lasts for 9 semesters.

As a doctor, Maissy has outstanding achievements. Most recently, she won 1st place in the ECBR category (Evidence-based case report (EBCR) is a method of writing or reporting a case or clinical problem using an evidence-based approach).

Maissy is known as a competent doctor in her field. Maissy's husband, Riky Febriansyah, is also known to be a specialist orthopedic doctor at a hospital in Jakarta.
