The departure of Titiek Puspa leaves a deep sorrow in the hearts of many. The entertainment legend passed away on Thursday (10/4). Petty Tunjungsari, as Titiek Puspa's daughter, revealed the chronology of her mother's departure. Here are the details.
According to Petty Tunjungsari, Titiek Puspa experienced a burst blood vessel after filming a tapping segment for the program LAPOR PAK!.
"Grandma is in the hospital since March 26. At that time, she had just completed 3 episodes of the LAPOR PAK! show on Trans 7," he said at the funeral home in the Pancoran area, South Jakarta, Thursday (10/4/2025).
"When she finished (filming), she fainted and it turned out to be a burst blood vessel in the left side of her brain. Thankfully, she was quickly taken by her friends from Trans 7 to (Hospital) Medistra and was treated well," he continued.
Titiek Puspa underwent treatment in the hospital and her surgery was considered successful. However, her condition has worsened.
"The operation was successful, there was quite a bit of blood coming from the left side of the brain. (Titiek Puspa) could regain consciousness on the 3rd or 4th day, but (her condition) worsened again because her body was hot," explained Petty.
Furthermore, Petty understands her mother's condition due to her advanced age. "Please understand that my mother is 87 years old," she revealed.
Petty also mentioned how her mother was so ready and resigned to return to the embrace of God Almighty at any time. This has been expressed to her children multiple times.
