Dealing with the Law Again, Jerinx SID Will Soon Be Questioned by the Police Regarding Alleged Threat Cases

Kapanlagi.com - The frontman and drummer of the band Superman Is Dead, Jerinx SID, has to deal with the law again. This is despite the fact that Nora Alexandra's husband has recently been released from prison due to a hate speech case against the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI).

The Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Commissioner Pol Yusri Yunus, stated that the Jakarta Metropolitan Police will soon bring Jerinx SID to Jakarta for questioning regarding the report from Adam Demi regarding the alleged threat case.

An invitation from the Jakarta Metropolitan Police has also been sent to Jerinx. It is scheduled that on Monday (26/7/2021), the owner of the real name I Gede Aryastina will come to the Jakarta Metropolitan Police for questioning.

"We have sent our clarification invitation, scheduled for next Monday to attend," said Yusri Yunus to the media.

The police also hope that Nora Alexandra's husband can fulfill the summons and be willing to provide his testimony. "Hopefully, Mr. J will attend the Jakarta Metropolitan Police to give his statement," he added.

1. There is Evidence

Meanwhile, Adam Deni as the reporter along with his witnesses has provided his statement to the police some time ago. Adam has also provided evidence regarding the threats from Jerinx SID.

"The reporting witness has been clarified and interviewed. He has brought the evidence he reported. The issue of the threat is in accordance with Article 335. This is still under investigation," concluded Yusri Yunus.

It is known that their feud began when Nora Alexandra's husband accused Adam Deni of deleting his Instagram account. Adam Deni claimed to have been insulted and threatened by Jerinx SID over the phone.

Not accepting the accusation, Adam Deni reported Jerinx SID to the Jakarta Metro Police with Article 335 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 29 Jo Article 45 of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE).

2. Imprisoned

As many people already know, Jerinx SID was recently released from prison due to a hate speech case in early June 2021. Jerinx became a suspect of hate speech for referring to IDI and hospitals as pawns of WHO.

During the trial, this 44-year-old man even caused a stir by walking out and refusing to have the trial conducted online, insisting on face-to-face proceedings.

The prosecution demanded a 3-year prison sentence for Jerinx. However, the judge decided to imprison Jerinx for 14 months, reduced by 4 months due to the appeal process, making it 10 months.
