"The program (rehabilitation) is not going well. Only 40 percent of sister JJ has been pulled out of Lido. Even someone who fully undergoes rehabilitation can still relapse. What more for someone whose rehabilitation program is stopped," said Jennifer Jill's lawyer, Sahala Siahaan, on Wednesday (14/7).
According to Sahala Siahaan, detaining his client can certainly have a negative impact. Whereas Jennifer Jill should still undergo rehabilitation.
"If there is psychological, medical, and other treatment in rehabilitation. There is none in the police detention center and this is what can be dangerous," he said.
As for the reason why his client had to return to the detention cell even though her rehabilitation period was not over, Sahala Siahaan did not understand it too well. Although her rehabilitation was stopped, Jennifer Jill had withdrawal symptoms.
"I don't quite understand why it changed. We also disagree with that," Sahala Siahaan concluded.
