The feud between Doctor and Richard Lee is intensifying after Richard Lee was named a suspect in the Health and Consumer Protection Law case. Doctor senses a significant concern from Richard Lee regarding the digital assets of the beauty doctor.
Doctor suspects Richard Lee feels threatened if his social media accounts and YouTube channel are seized by authorities as evidence. This refers to Doctor's own experience where his account was seized for months due to this legal dispute.
"Yes, so perhaps the fear is also because there is a high possibility of the seizure of the suspect DRL's accounts and his YouTube. Now, this is what might be a particular fear for Mr. DRL that all this time the seizure of the Doktif account carried out at the South Jakarta Police could be used as bargaining or negotiation so that Doktif could withdraw his report at the Metro Jaya Police," said Doktif when met at the Metro Jaya Police on Tuesday (7/4/2026).
Although his major account was temporarily held up for a long time, Doktif claimed he was undeterred. He firmly stated that he would never withdraw his report at the Metro Jaya Police, even though Richard Lee's party attempted to negotiate or bargain through the seizure of those digital assets.
"Yes, and up to this moment, Doktif emphasizes that his report against the suspect DRL for the Health and Consumer Protection Law case will never be withdrawn," he said.
Furthermore, Doktif launched a scathing criticism of Richard Lee's attitude during the legal proceedings. He described the doctor as manipulative for continually trying to evade the investigator's examination with various reasons that he deemed unreasonable.
"Yes, so Doktif actually relented yesterday, it has been almost 9 months since Doktif's large account was seized, go ahead. But now it should be the time for the suspect DRL's account and the YouTube of the suspect DRL to be seized," he said.
"But with his strategy, as we know, the suspect DRL is also very manipulative. So he tries to do what, let's say, evade again, for the investigation, eh examination, well because it has also escalated to an investigation," Doktif added.
For him, the firm action of seizing Richard Lee's digital assets is a fair step. Doktif feels it is time for Richard Lee to face the same consequences for the actions he is accused of, especially regarding consumer rights protection.
"That's it. Now, also here, what Doktif emphasizes is that there are a lot of rumors circulating allegedly developed by Fitri Salhuteru and friends, that the report against DRL was not made by Doktif," concluded Doktif.
