Dwi Sasono Routinely Uses Drugs, Widi Mulia Unaware of Her Husband's Marijuana Consumption

Public Relations Officer of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Commissioner Pol Yusri Yunus, at the South Jakarta Police Station, Monday (1/6/2020), provided information regarding the arrest of Dwi Sasono. Commissioner Pol Yusri stated that the police are still investigating the case.

"We are still investigating it. But his initial confession was that he routinely used it for the past month, while he was at home due to the Covid-19 pandemic," explained Commissioner Pol Yusri.

Comr. Pol. Yusri said that they are still trying to find out whether Dwi Sasono had previously used drugs. It is said that Widi Mulia's husband has been routinely using drugs during the Covid-19 pandemic.

"We are still investigating, still investigating whether the person in question has used drugs or not. But initially, he admitted that he has been routinely using drugs for the past month while staying at home during this pandemic. He mentioned having difficulty sleeping as the reason. But we will further investigate this," said Comr. Pol. Yusri.

2. Wife Unaware

Authorities said that all family members have been tested and only Dwi Sasono has been proven to be a user. His wife, Widi Mulia, claimed that she had no idea that her husband was consuming drugs.

"According to her confession, after questioning the witnesses including his wife, she had no knowledge. He kept it a secret, he was very discreet, that's why when we made the arrest, he had hidden the evidence very well, and even his wife had no idea about the evidence," he said.
