The health condition of Nikita Mirzani is currently under scrutiny amid the ongoing trial process of the alleged extortion and money laundering case that ensnares her.
Kapanlagi.com - The atmosphere of the ongoing trial for the alleged extortion and Money Laundering (TPPU) case involving Nikita Mirzani suddenly heated up. The emotions of the actress, affectionately known as Nyai, exploded as she grilled an expert witness presented by the Public Prosecutor.
This heated moment occurred in the South Jakarta District Court on Thursday (11/9/2025), when Nikita Mirzani felt dissatisfied with the testimony of expert witness Muhammad Novian. A fierce debate ensued, even leading the presiding judge to intervene.

Initially, Nikita asked straightforwardly whether the expert witness saw any indications of fund flow concealment in the Minutes of Examination (BAP) that he read.

"Sir Expert. My question is very clear. Is there any concealment here, if you read this BAP earlier?" asked Nikita Mirzani in the courtroom of the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday (11/9/2025).

The expert witness then tried to explain the concept of concealment in the money laundering case, touching on cash transactions that were made even though there were bank accounts. However, before the expert witness finished speaking, Nikita immediately interrupted him.
"Well, regarding Reza Gladys's request," interrupted Nikita.

This action immediately received a stern reprimand from the Chief Judge, Kairul Saleh. "Just a moment, defendant. Let the expert finish first, okay? Questions and answers go like that. Don't cut in before the answer is finished, okay?" the Chief Judge firmly stated.

After the expert witness continued his explanation, Nikita's emotions were further ignited. She felt she had been set up because, according to her, the request for a cash transaction came from Reza Gladys herself.
"If it was Reza Gladys herself who said, 'Mail, this is going to be given in cash, right?' then what about her? So, that means I was set up, right?" Nikita said, raising her voice.

This mother of three feels that if she agrees to the request, her position will become even more precarious and she could be charged with a heavier offense.
"If at that moment I agreed to Reza giving cash for everything, then that means I was set up. I could be charged with a more serious offense," she said emotionally.

Not satisfied, Nikita again posed a sharp question, "So, my question is, where did the disguise come from if there was an agreement from the start?"
Although the expert witness tried to provide an explanation according to the law, Nikita still seemed unsatisfied. "That man keeps giving the same answer. It's okay," she concluded with a sarcastic tone.
