Fahmi Bo explained that this assistance was an unexpected blessing. For him, Raffi Ahmad's kindness means a lot because he no longer has to worry about housing costs for a considerable period, allowing him to focus more on his treatment process.

"Yes, I am grateful, very grateful, alhamdulillah. For 2 years, it means I won't be renting, you know. No need to pay rent anymore. Yes, alhamdulillah," said Fahmi Bo when met in the Pejaten area, South Jakarta, on Friday (27/2/2026).

Many are asking why Fahmi prefers to be paid for rent rather than asking for help to build his own house.

Regarding this matter, Fahmi has realistic considerations given the very high property costs and his current situation, which is more urgent for medical expenses.

"Yes, because of this, yes, there are many considerations too, right? A house is not cheap, right, it's expensive. I have also been helped, I have been helped with this treatment, alhamdulillah," Fahmi Bo explained.

Now, Fahmi and his wife have moved into the new residence. The facilities provided by Raffi Ahmad are also considered very adequate, including furniture that makes it easier for Fahmi to move around using a wheelchair inside the house.

"Yes, now, uh, I also, uh, have a place to live, okay. The first option was me, uh, there’s a 2-year rental according to Aa Raffi. So, anyway, uh, what’s currently available is what Aa Raffi has provided, let’s be grateful, alhamdulillah," said Fahmi Bo.

The comfort in this new home is also felt by his wife, Nita Anita. She feels very happy because now their family can gather again in a more decent and comfortable atmosphere, especially during mealtimes which now feel warmer.

"I’m just happy, you know. We can eat at the dining table now, in the wheelchair, right? So we can eat together with the kids, gather. Basically, I’m just happy," concluded Nita Anita.
