It is known that Jolene Marie reported the accounts @suarapeagentlover and @cirolwimin for alleged cyber crimes committed by these two accounts.

After the examination at Polda Metro Jaya, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (9/3), Frederika Alexis Cull's legal counsel stated that their client was examined today as a witness to provide clarification. Her name was involved in a case that involves Jolene Marie and the two Instagram accounts.

"Frederika was summoned by the investigator due to an invitation related to the cyber crime that we found from Jolene. So, Jolene felt her privacy was violated, and we were invited by the investigator as witnesses to provide clarification," said Ruben Alexander.

1. Given 17 Questions

Frederika's legal counsel said that during the examination, she was asked 17 questions. Not only that, the examination was conducted to find indications of whether her client was involved or not.

"There were about 17 questions earlier, our client was asked if there might be indications that Fred instructed someone to harm Jolene. But we believe that someone like Fred, Putri Indonesia 2019 winner, would not tarnish her own reputation," said the legal counsel.

2. Bullied by Netizens

In addition, due to her name being dragged into the Jolene Marie issue, Frederika felt that she was being bullied by netizens. Therefore, according to Frederika, such bullying should no longer be tolerated.

"Of course, I am sad because I never try to hurt others because as Miss Indonesia, I have to be a role model and a good example for young people, especially for women," said Frederika in the same occasion.

"So I believe that in this era, women should support each other instead of tearing each other down," she concluded.
