The case of alleged illegal access to surveillance cameras or CCTV reported by Inara Rusli has now entered a new chapter at Bareskrim Polri. This report began from Inara's concern over the spread of personal recordings allegedly conducted by individuals close to her home environment.

Inara's party strongly suspects that the perpetrator, who works at her residence, intentionally took and spread the video, triggering public unrest. The issue heated up further after the recording was questioned by Wardatina Mawa, the wife of Insanul Fahmi.

Mawa openly accused of an alleged affair between her husband and Inara Rusli based on the video clip she received. There were even rumors that the recording had a very long duration, reaching up to two hours.

"Two minutes, not two hours. The CCTV was taken by someone close to Inara by breaching the system, not original. It must be subject to charges, as if it were authentic. That is what was reported by Mbak Inara." Deddy added that the act of breaching the CCTV system not only falls under the category of illegal access but could also be charged under theft laws. According to him, unauthorized data transfer is a serious violation of his client's privacy.

"That is also a theft charge. The CCTV system was tampered with, which falls under the theft law, according to the investigator," said Deddy DJ.

In addition to the CCTV recording issue, a shocking fact about Inara Rusli's personal life has come to light. It was revealed that Inara had actually undergone a secret marriage with Insanul Fahmi, which had been kept hidden from the public.

Initially, Inara only entrusted this sensitive information to her personal manager, who has the initial P. However, this trust was betrayed as the manager is suspected of being the one who leaked the marriage status to social media.

On the other hand, the legal process related to Wardatina Mawa's report regarding the alleged adultery involving Insanul Fahmi and Inara Rusli is also ongoing. The police have conducted examinations of the parties involved to delve into the truth of the report.
