Tamara Tyasmara Disappointed with Yudha Arfandi's Request for PK in Dante's Death Case

In the midst of mourning, Tamara Tyasmara commemorates Dante's 8th birthday, she is shocked by the news of developments in the legal process. The convicted person in her son's death case is reported to have filed for a Judicial Review (PK). This news suddenly stirs Tamara's feelings again after going through the previous appeal and cassation process.

Tamara admitted she was shocked to learn about the legal steps taken by the opposing party. For her, the facts from the previous trial clearly proved the convicted party's guilt. The submission of this PK seems to indicate that the other side does not feel guilty about the incident that took Dante's life.

"So, what can I say, I was actually shocked that there was a PK (Judicial Review). It was already clear, already proven in court that he was wrong. It turns out the convict is innocent to file a PK. So I just surrender. I believe there will definitely be justice for Dante," said Tamara Tyasmara at TPU Jeruk Purut, South Jakarta, Friday (26/12/2025).

The former wife of Angger Dimas could not hide her disappointment. Feelings of anger, sadness, and disappointment mixed together as she faced the reality that the legal process was still ongoing. Nevertheless, she fully entrusted it to the authorities and remained confident in the integrity of the panel of judges.

"Disappointment is definitely there. It's normal to feel disappointed. But the legal process must continue. That's why I've been saying, 'I have to believe, I believe the panel of judges, the prosecutors, everyone will definitely give Dante justice.' I'm confident about that. So the PK process continues. Please pray for us," she stated.

This legal step of the PK is considered by Tamara as a form of affirmation that the convicted party feels they have not made a mistake. Although feeling weary from the long series of legal processes, Tamara promises to continue to monitor this case until it is truly resolved in order to obtain justice for her son.

"It's mixed feelings. Disappointed, yes; sad, yes; angry, yes. But what can I do? I have to go through it. It means that the other side really feels innocent, you know, really feels they are not wrong to the point of being able to file a PK. I was also surprised when I saw, 'Oh, they are filing a PK.' Even though the appeal process was already completed, the cassation was completed, and now the PK," she said.

Now, Tamara can only surrender and continue to pray that this PK process yields a fair result. She hopes the panel of judges can reject the request based on the existing evidence. Her greatest desire is only one, which is the fairest justice for the late Dante.

"My preparation is just to pray, just surrender, pray, hoping for justice for Dante and hopefully his PK is rejected by the panel of judges," said Tamara Tyasmara.
