Indra Adhitya Denies Allegations of Domestic Violence & Online Gambling, Threatens to Report Chikita Meidy Back

Kapanlagi.com - The puzzle regarding the reasons behind Chikita Meidy's divorce filing against her husband, Indra Adhitya, has finally been revealed. Indra Adhitya's side disclosed that there are serious allegations regarding Domestic Violence (KDRT) and online gambling in the lawsuit materials.

However, all those allegations are strongly denied. Indra Adhitya's attorney, Raidin Anom, even threatened to take legal countermeasures if the accusations cannot be proven in court.

When contacted on Sunday (13/7/2025), Raidin Anom confirmed that the reason for the divorce petition from Chikita Meidy's side is related to domestic violence and online gambling (judol). "Oh yes, the divorce petition is with me, it has been submitted by the court. So it's quite simple, requesting custody rights, requesting monthly needs. Then there is the issue of gambling that is alleged," he revealed.

"Then there is also domestic violence, as she said. But all of that must be proven, if it can't be proven it will be problematic later," he continued.

Raidin Anom emphasized that the accusations are merely a narrative that lacks strong evidence. He regrets that this narrative is similar to what was previously raised on social media.

"In fact, the allegations cannot be proven, it's just a narrative," he asserted.

According to him, a serious accusation like domestic violence and online gambling must be based on clear evidence before being included in an official lawsuit. "Yes, but there is no evidence, it should be proven first. So later it will be considered that the narrative is the same as what was raised on social media," said Raidin.

2. Legal Process Still Ongoing

They will not remain silent. If in the future the allegations are proven to be false, they are ready to file a counter-report for providing false testimony.

"Later I can take legal steps, I will report again for providing false testimony in front of (the court)," he concluded, signaling a new and hotter chapter in this feud.
