Issue of a Third Party in Tasya Farasya's Marriage, Legal Counsel Speaks Out

The issue of a third party often becomes a spice in celebrity divorces. The same thing has also affected the household of Tasya Farasya and Ahmad Assegaf. However, Tasya Farasya's side firmly denies that this issue is the basis for their lawsuit.

Tasya's legal team, when met after the mediation session, acknowledged hearing rumors about it. However, they did not include it in the lawsuit material because they did not have concrete evidence.

They leave the assessment of this issue to the public. Their main focus in this trial is the issue of lost trust that has led to ongoing disputes.

"So if indeed that news is out there, maybe friends have seen it directly, yes, you can assess it yourselves. Just from us, we focus on that sense of trust alone," he said.

The sense of trust was shattered due to allegations of embezzlement of company funds committed by Ahmad Assegaf, who was trusted by Tasya as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is the main argument of the lawsuit.

"Regarding third parties, there is no basis for our lawsuit. We are focused on the divorce and child custody. The main basis, one of our bases is related to the allegations at the company because Ms. Tasya made her ex-husband the Chief of Finance in her company," said M. Fattah Riphat, who is also Tasya Farasya's legal counsel.
