Lita Gading's Party Denies Ahmad Dhani's Allegations Regarding Alleged Child Exploitation and ITE Violations

Kapanlagi.com - Lita Gading visited the Metro Jaya Police to undergo questioning regarding the report from Ahmad Dhani concerning the alleged child exploitation and violations of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE) on Friday (29/8/2025). Not alone, she was accompanied by Syamsul Jahidin as her legal counsel. Syamsul also spoke out regarding the report that implicated his client.

Syamsul denied the allegations made by Ahmad Dhani against his client. He considers the report irrelevant and disconnected from the articles alleged. According to him, there is no element of bullying whatsoever in the video uploaded by Lita Gading.

"That there is no element of bullying as has been suspected," explained Syamsul at the Metro Jaya Police, Friday (29/8/2025).

He also responded to the negative issue stating that his client failed to respond to the police summons. Syamsul explained that Lita had just returned from abroad, so she could not immediately comply with the previous summons. He even confirmed this to the investigator.

"So if anyone thinks my client is evading, it has also been confirmed to the investigator that my client just arrived in Indonesia last week and was only disposed of today, so it is not evading," asserted Syamsul.

1. Criticism of Ahmad Dhani

Syamsul then stated that Ahmad Dhani, who is currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives, should be taking care of more important matters rather than dealing with trivial issues. Syamsul also reminded Dhani not to waste his position.

"I remind you, it's better to take care of important matters, especially since he is a member of the House of Representatives, so that I don't have to call him a Traitor to the People. Please just take care of it, right?" he said.

Syamsul also questioned why Ahmad Dhani did not report the media outlets that first published the photo of Safeea. In fact, the photo used by Lita came from those mainstream media outlets. He feels that Dhani seems to be looking for unimportant issues.

"That photo was taken from social media, news media, web media, we can name them like Detik, Tribun, and others, mainstream media, there are news articles. Why didn't he report them? Why are you reporting my client? Please. Is there really nothing more important than this issue?" said Syamsul.

2. Not Afraid of Imprisonment

When asked about Ahmad Dhani's statement that he wants to imprison Lita, Gading Syamsul also gave a sharp response. He reminded Dhani that Indonesia is a rule of law country and cannot act arbitrarily. According to him, there is no criminal element in this case.

"Arrested and imprisoned, is this country owned by his ancestors? We must obey and adhere to the law. He wants to say arrest, prosecute, extraordinary crime, please. This is not a country of his ancestors," concluded Syamsul.
