Ussy Sulistiawaty's appearance lately has captured attention as she looks increasingly slim and fit. This mother of five has successfully lost weight drastically from her post-pregnancy weight a few years ago.

Ussy admits that her current body shape was achieved through a struggle that wasn't instant. She consistently maintains a healthy lifestyle to stay proportional even as she ages.

"Yes, I am losing weight. When I lose weight, it definitely shows a lot on my face. It's because my face is naturally oval, so when I lose a little more, it becomes noticeable. Yes, anyway, I'm happy with my body like this," said Ussy Sulistiawaty when met in the Warung Buncit area, South Jakarta, Tuesday (02/06/2026).

"So I maintain this by exercising. If you say I look youthful, I don't think so, I'm just like my age," she added.

This change is very significant compared to her weight after giving birth to her last child. Ussy mentioned a considerable weight loss since the end of 2022.

"A lot! For three years now, my weight has been like this, it's been a long time. Basically, since the end of 2022, my weight has been like this. Because of exercise, just exercise. I eat quite messily," said Ussy.

"I don't like to hold back on eating, I don't like to be picky about food. Because for me, eating is something we should be grateful for, we should enjoy, so I don't pick and choose," she said.

Instead of a strict diet, Ussy prefers to engage in various types of high-intensity exercise. From running to golf, she does it all to keep her weight at an ideal number. "Golf, running. The fastest way to lose weight is running. Gym as well, padel sometimes, pilates too, tennis too, so there are many. That's also one of the ways I enjoy life," she explained.

Currently, Ussy feels very comfortable with her weight, which is around 50 kilograms. She feels that this number is the safest and most proportional for her."Right now, I am actually at 50. Normally, I range from 48 to 52. An average of 4 kilos, and now I'm at 50. Yes, after giving birth I was around 77, 77 kilos," Ussy concluded.
