"I did forbid (Shireen Sungkar and Zaskia Sungkar to come). So it's my wife who picked me up," said Mark Sungkar before leaving the Attorney General's Detention House, Wednesday (5/5).

Mark Sungkar expressed his gratitude before leaving the Attorney General's Detention House. Because he could gather with his family at home. The most awaited thing is to be able to meet his children and grandchildren.

"Yes, let's be grateful. Because at the same time, I would like to thank all friends, officials, neighbors, wife, and all family members who have prayed and tried to alleviate my burden. So that I am no longer detained inside, but outside," said Mark Sungkar.

In this holy month, I apologize for any mistakes, outwardly and inwardly. Alhamdulillah, the important thing now is that I can go home. I can shake hands, hug my wife and grandchildren," he added.

It is known that Mark Sungkar is involved in a corruption case related to the Triathlon activities and the funding of the 2018 Asian Games. Mark Sungkar, who was then the Chairman of the Indonesian Triathlon Federation (PPFTI), was accused of enriching himself.
