Mutia Ayu Cries Watching Teaser Trailer of 'GLENN FREDLY THE MOVIE', Reveals Borrowing Wedding Dress for Shooting Purposes

Kapanlagi.com - The biopic film Glenn Fredly has been completed and is ready to be released in theaters. When the teaser trailer of the film titled GLENN FREDLY THE MOVIE was finally launched for the first time, Mutia Ayu, the late Glenn's wife, immediately burst into tears.

Mutia admitted that she hadn't cried for a long time due to missing her husband. However, after watching the teaser trailer, various sweet memories emerged, causing her tears to flow.

"Since yesterday, I've been really nervous. Even though it's just a teaser trailer, I was afraid of crying, but in the end, I cried. Honestly, I haven't cried remembering Glenn for a long time, so today I cried again," said Mutia when met at Epicentrum XXI, Rasuna Said area, South Jakarta, Wednesday (24/1/2024).

1. Not Ready to See the Result

After going through a quite long process, Mutia Ayu is happy that the movie GLENN FREDLY THE MOVIE has finished production. Although she already knows the outline of the story and is allowed to see the editing result, she chooses to wait for later.

"Of course, I'm really proud that Glenn's film is almost ready for release. I've known the story from the beginning, but since I played a role in it, I'm waiting for that moment. Honestly, until now, I don't want to see it (the editing result), let's wait for later," said Mutia.

2. Wearing the Original Wedding Dress

In the movie GLENN FREDLY THE MOVIE, there is a scene of Glenn Fredly and Mutia Ayu's wedding. Because it is a sacred moment for her, Mutia asked Marthino Lio and Zulfa Maharani to wear the clothes that were actually worn during the wedding.

"From the beginning, I told the producer that no matter what, everything in the wedding scene should be real. That means starting from the clothes, the shoes, the makeup, everything should follow what I wore during my actual wedding. So I gave all the clothes to the production team," Mutia Ayu revealed.
