Nikita Mirzani Confident in Winning 244 Billion Lawsuit Against Reza Gladys

The legal dispute between controversial celebrity Nikita Mirzani and beauty entrepreneur Reza Gladys seems to be escalating. The civil case related to the alleged unlawful act (PMH) filed by Nikita is still ongoing at the South Jakarta District Court. Not to be taken lightly, Nikita is demanding an astonishing compensation of Rp 244 billion from Reza Gladys.

The optimism from Nikita's camp is increasing after her legal team submitted dozens of additional pieces of evidence to the court. Usman Lawara, Nikita's lawyer, emphasized that these pieces of evidence are crucial to prove that there was a breached business agreement, not extortion as alleged by the opposing party.

"We have submitted evidence showing that in the collaboration between Nikita and RG (Reza Gladys) and her husband, there was an agreement, not extortion. So the evidence of the agreement is documented in chats between Ismail Marzuki, Nikita Mirzani's assistant, and Reza Gladys," said Usman Lawara when met at the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (24/2/2026).

The background of this case began with a planned collaboration where Reza Gladys wanted to make Nikita a brand ambassador (BA). However, the tough price negotiations ended up with a police report against Nikita, which subsequently led to her imprisonment.

Usman explained that a total of 63 pieces of documentary evidence were submitted, including recordings of conversations and chats that showed reasonable price negotiations typical of general business practices. He strongly denied the allegations of extortion and stated that it was purely negotiation.

"It's called business negotiation. 'How much do you want?' 'Oh, from me, it's this much.' 'Can you go lower?' Something like that. From this amount, from five to four, can it go lower? Well, that's what we proved in the trial earlier," he explained.

In addition, Usman also highlighted the material losses suffered by Nikita due to this case. With endorsement fees reaching billions of rupiah per year, Nikita's detention certainly has a significant impact on her income.

On the other hand, Usman also revealed allegations of other criminal acts committed by Reza Gladys' party, namely illegal wiretapping or illegal access. Reports related to this matter are said to have progressed to the investigation stage at the Metro Jaya Police.

"We have all the evidence, it's just up to them (Reza Gladys' party) as the defendants to prove it. Prove it in court, don't just talk nonsense," challenged Usman.
