Nikita Mirzani Confident with the Evidence Presented, Closes the Peace Meeting Door to Vadel Badjideh

Fahmi's presence at the location underscores the importance of the ongoing legal process related to the alleged sexual intercourse and abortion involving minors, which involves Lolly, Nikita's child.

"I emphasize that he (Vadel) came to fulfill the summons is an obligation, not an achievement," he said on Friday (10/4/2024).

Fahmi emphasized that the reported party, like Vadel, has the right to provide a statement or choose to remain silent.

“It’s fine to choose to remain silent or to provide a statement, that’s allowed. Because in the end, what speaks is the evidence, whether it’s evidence from witness statements or other evidence,” he added.

Fahmi also stated that they have prepared evidence that is deemed sufficient to implicate Vadel. He seemed to signal that they believe in the strength of the evidence they possess.

2. Admit Mistakes

“What’s clear is I assure you that the evidence we have is complete and considered sufficient to implicate him,” he said.

Furthermore, if Vadel admits his mistakes and desires reconciliation through a restorative justice moment, Fahmi stated that Nikita Mirzani will not accept that offer.

“In this case, there’s no word for peace, whether it’s mediation or restorative justice later, Nikita does not want to reconcile. She wants this case to continue, because this is about the protection of underage children,” he asserted.

3. Uphold Justice

The statement demonstrates Nikita's commitment to uphold justice for her daughter, Laura Meizani alias Lolly, who was still a minor at the time of the incident. Fahmi emphasized the importance of protecting the child's interests in this legal process.

“I emphasize that this is a case involving a minor; at the time of the incident, Nikita Mirzani's child was still under 18 years old,” Fahmi concluded.
