Recently, the name of Ustaz Yusuf Mansur has been dominating the headlines of the mass media. He is alleged to have breached the contract with his investors in carrying out a joint venture project to build a hotel named Siti in 2012. Not to be taken lightly, there are 2 women who have come forward and claimed to be victims of Ustaz Yusuf Mansur's actions. This case has escalated to the legal route. 2 women named Icha from Kaltim and Atikah from Garut appeared before the media with a case of breach of contract committed by Ustaz Yusuf Mansur.
They both claimed to be investors in the Siti hotel construction project initiated by Ustaz Yusuf Mansur in 2012.
Atikah claimed to have invested Rp 12 million, but until now she has not received any clarity. Her money has not been returned either.
In a similar fate as Atikah, Icha herself invested Rp 10 million in the project.
Atikah and Icha claimed to have met Ustaz Yusuf Mansur several times to discuss this issue, but still have not received any clarity.
Therefore, now they appear to bring this case to legal channels while bringing their lawyer.
Atikah and Icha want clarity from Ustaz Yusuf Mansur regarding the clear financial flow and where the investment money they transferred in 2012 went.
Meanwhile, Ustaz Yusuf Mansur has not yet responded to this case.
