"What is clear up to this moment, Reza's side is happy because the judge stated that Nikita Mirzani was proven guilty in the case of extortion through ITE, that's all," said Surya Batubara at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday (28/10/2025).

Moreover, Surya emphasized that this verdict has indirectly also cleared the good name of his client's product from all slanderous accusations. According to him, this decision seems to break all the narratives that Nikita built that Reza Gladys's products are dangerous or not BPOM certified.

"Dr. Reza's products have not been declared guilty up to this moment," he stated.

He responded with a relaxed laugh if there are still parties trying to provoke issues regarding the quality of his client's products. Surya challenged anyone who feels that Reza Gladys's products have problems to prove it through official legal channels.

"So even if there are those trying to provoke, we just laugh. Prove if there is a product that is guilty. Report it to the police or to BPOM," he asserted.
