Ridwan Kamil and His Wife Break Down in Tears Seeing Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz's Coffin Lowered into Lahat's Tomb

Kapanlagi.com - Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz's body has finally arrived at his final resting place. Ridwan Kamil and Atalia Praratya's son will be buried at the Islamic Centre Baitul Ridwan, Cimaung, Bandung Regency, West Java, on Monday (13/6).

The atmosphere was certainly very sad when Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz's coffin arrived at the burial area. The family and guests couldn't hold back their tears when they saw Eril's body.

The burial process was accompanied by recitation of prayers by Muzzamil Hasballah, followed by all the mourners present. The adhan was also recited for Eril before he was lowered into the tomb.

1. Couldn't Hold Back Tears

Trying to be strong, Ridwan Kamil and his wife, Atalia Praratya, and other family members couldn't hold back their sadness. Judging from the number of mourners present, it seems that not only the family lost Eril, but all the guests present also felt the same.

It was previously known that Eril went missing and drowned in the Aare River, Switzerland on Thursday (26/5). After two weeks of searching, Eril's body was finally found on Wednesday (8/6) morning local time in the Engehalde water gate area.

2. Welcomed by Rain and Drizzle

Previously, the body of Eril arrived at the funeral home in Gedung Pakuan, Bandung, West Java on Sunday (12/6) last week. From the observation of the KapanLagi.com team who was at Gedung Pakuan, Kota Bandung, the rain subsided around 6:15 pm. However, not long after, drizzle began to pour down on Bandung.

Several officials began to arrive at Gedung Pakuan. In addition to officials, there were also family members who had been waiting for Eril's body to arrive.

A busy atmosphere was also seen in the courtyard of Gedung Pakuan. Residents, even not only from Bandung, came to pay their respects and wait for Eril's body to arrive at the funeral home.

3. There Was a Problem

Eril's funeral procession departed from Soekarno Hatta Airport around 4:00 pm and was estimated to arrive at the funeral home at 6:00 pm. Unfortunately, during the journey, the procession experienced difficulties due to the heavy traffic which caused a traffic jam.

Around 7:45 pm, Eril's funeral procession began to be heard from a distance. The rain that had initially fallen began to subside along with the chanting of prayers that echoed in Gedung Pakuan.
