Rumored to Drink Mysterious Drinks, Medina Zein's Party Gives Clarification and Apology

Instead of clarifying the origin of Medina's bipolar disorder or the presence of amphetamine in her body, Medina Zein's party clarified about the mysterious drink that the 27-year-old designer had consumed.

It is rumored that the incident occurred during the Amsterdam Modest Fashion Week, which Medina Zein participated in some time ago.

1. Just Fulfilling an Invitation

Now, Medina Zein's party clarifies that the news is not true. "We, as Medina Zein's legal representatives, will provide clarification regarding Medina Zein's statement," said Raden Ariya in the Lebak Bulus area, South Jakarta, on Sunday (5/1).

"We will clarify the statement made by Medina's mother, that Medina went to Amsterdam only to fulfill a fashion show invitation. Organized by Franka Surya as the co-founder of modest fashion week," he continued.

2. Denying Drinking Mysterious Drinks

The lawyer also addressed the circulating news about mysterious drinks. According to him, the news is completely untrue.

"As we also know, yesterday Medina Zein made a statement that during the Amsterdam Modest Fashion Week, Medina and other designers were served with mysterious drinks," explained Raden.

"Through Medina Zein's legal representative, we state that the statement is not true. Actually, it is not true that Medina Zein drank the mysterious drink at the location," he continued.

3. Apology Statement

Then, Raden along with Tien Wartini, the mother of Medina Zein, conveyed an apology to the parties involved.

"As the legal representative of Medina Zein, we would like to apologize to the organizers of Modest Fashion Week, as well as to the affected parties," said Raden.

"To those whom we cannot apologize individually, it is because we feel there is misleading opinion like a wildfire among our media colleagues, and we do not want to create new problems," he concluded.
