Sarwendah Feels Defamed, Suspects Someone Directed Debt Collectors to Her House

Behind the incident of the debt collectors arriving at Sarwendah's house, a suspicion has arisen from Sarwendah's side. They feel that someone intentionally directed the debt collectors to the wrong address, causing defamation and disturbing Sarwendah's peace.

This suspicion was expressed by Sarwendah's legal counsel, Chris Sam Siwu. According to him, the address listed in the debt collectors' assignment letter is not actually Sarwendah's home address. However, they still came because they received information that the Range Rover belonging to Ruben Onsu was there.

"How could they end up at that house? The information from the debt collectors who came said that the car was at our client's house. Surprised! That also leads to defamation in our opinion, and our client is very disturbed," said Chris Sam Siwu when met in the Antasari area, South Jakarta, on Friday (14/11/2025).

Furthermore, Chris revealed that the information is believed to have come from Ruben Onsu's assistant. This is what makes Sarwendah's party feel as if someone is intentionally trying to involve her in this matter.

"It seems that there are parties who deliberately want to have our client's house visited like that. Because the information from the debt collector states that the car is at our client's place," he added.

Abraham Simon, who is also Sarwendah's legal counsel, emphasized that the actions of these debt collectors are clearly misguided. The car was purchased after Ruben and Sarwendah divorced, and it has nothing to do with Sarwendah at all.

This incident occurred amidst the public's lively discussions regarding the lives of Sarwendah and Ruben Onsu after their separation. The arrival of this debt collector seems to have added to the already tense atmosphere.
