Teddy Pardiyana has re-emerged with the latest news regarding his relationship with the family of comedian Sule. The husband of the late Lina Jubaedah has officially filed a contentious application regarding inheritance rights for his little daughter, Bintang. This legal step is taken for the clarity of the child's legal status, who is now starting to enter school age.

The application has been registered at the Religious Court (PA) of Bandung since December 1, 2025. In his documents, Teddy requests that Bintang be recognized as the legitimate heir of the late Lina Jubaedah. The respondents in this lawsuit include Sule's children, from Rizky Febian to Ferdinand Adriansyah.

"Yesterday, November 9, 2025, was the 6th birthday, 6 years. That's why yesterday there were some things needed for school later. For this school, there needs to be what you call some administration that must use legal standing related to the documents connected to the late one," said Teddy Pardiyana.

All this time, Teddy feels there has been a lot of confusion regarding his child's status in the eyes of the public. Through this trial, he wants to provide legal certainty so that his child's future is not disturbed by negative issues.

"Yes, that's right, focus more on the administration for the completeness of the school. Then, it really needs to be done because it has been a long time, 6 years, there should be legal standing. Previously, there was news that little Bintang was not his child or something like that in the gossip. Well, since it's been a long time, 6 years, there should be at least a clarification," said Teddy.

Teddy's attorney, Wati Trisnawati, emphasized that this request is purely to advocate for the legal status of the child. She explained that her client is not suing for specific property, but is solely focused on determining who the legally recognized heirs are.

"So we are submitting a request. This is a contentious heir request registered as of December 1, 2025, at the Bandung Religious Court. The reason we are submitting it as a request is that what we are proposing here is solely for the determination of heirs, with no relation to the inheritance object. So the focus is on the determination of heirs for Dede Bintang himself, because until now there has been no determination," explained Wati Trisnawati.

Teddy concluded with an optimistic statement that justice for his child will soon be realized. He believes the fact that Bintang is the biological child of the late Lina Jubaedah cannot be disputed by anyone in the upcoming trial.

"Yes, bismillah, I'm 100% optimistic, because even if there is something, people know that Dede Bintang was born from the late mother Bunda Lina. So hopefully this optimism can be granted by the judge. That's all," concluded Teddy Pardiyana.
