Tya Ariestya Inaugurates New Boarding House on Her 12th Anniversary

Before the inauguration, Tya expressed her hope that the schedule would go as planned. She said, "Alhamdulillah, please pray that hopefully on this August 17, which is our anniversary, we can launch it, hopefully. Yes, bismillahirrahmanirrahim, it has actually been planned for a long time, but hopefully it can be a gift for our wedding anniversary," said Tya Ariestya when met in the Warung Buncit area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (11/8/2026).

This project adds to the list of rental properties that Tya and Irfan have managed over the years, located in areas such as Kuningan, Cilandak, Setiabudi, and even Karawang. As the launch day approaches, the new building is said to be in the final stages of completion.
