Ustaz Yusuf Mansur Stumbles Upon Another Case, Participants of Development Savings and Hotel Siti Development Are Summoned

This information was revealed by Ichwan Tony, the legal representative of the savings participants. Ichwan stated that his client has sent a summons letter to Ustaz Yusuf Mansur.

"We have just sent the summons through a courier service," said Ichwan Tony in a virtual press conference on Sunday (29/8/2021).

Currently, Ichwan Tony has just sent the summons letter to Ustaz Yusuf Mansur. "If there is no clarification, we will file a civil lawsuit for breach of contract, and the criminal charges are related to alleged fraud," said Ichwan Tony.

The participants of the development savings only demand accountability from Ustaz Yusuf Mansur for the money they have deposited since 2012.

"From 2012 to 2021, there has been no clarity from brother YM. The losses vary, some are Rp 10 million, some are Rp 12 million," he added.

Previously, it was known that several people had claimed to be victims of Ustaz Yusuf Mansur's investment. They are Hilwa Humaira from Sidoarjo, East Java, Umi Lathifah from Solo, and Lilik Herlina from Boyolali, Central Java.

The investment in question is not a small amount. As reported by Akurat.co, the investment is related to the Joint Business of Siti Hotel and Moya Vidi Condotel, which was initiated by Ustaz Yusuf Mansur from 2012 to 2014.
