Verrell Bramasta Officially Becomes a Member of the DPR: I Belong to the People!

“Alhamdulillah, today’s event went smoothly. And now I am officially the property of the people. So if there are any concerns about my performance later, I am ready to be terrorized and disturbed by the public. Especially my friends from my electoral district, West Java VII,” Verrell stated enthusiastically at the Indonesian House of Representatives, Senayan, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (1/10/2024).

1. Mature Consideration

Verrell's decision to dive into the world of politics certainly surprised many. He admits that this career change is not easy. Not only that, entering a political world that is different from his previous profession, Verrell acknowledges the challenges he must face.

“Surely many are shocked as to why I want to enter the political world. But, this decision has been thought out for a long time with many mature considerations,” he said.

“Indeed, being in a world that is very different from before seems terrifying. But, that’s where the challenge lies, right? And I have always lived for challenges. So, let's do what we started,” he added, showing his determination.

2. Commitment

Verrell also emphasizes his commitment to grow together with the community in his electoral district, which includes Karawang, Purwakarta, and Bekasi Regency. He is determined to build a close relationship with his constituents during his term.

“And right now, I feel addicted to meeting the community. Therefore, I ask for prayers and support so that I can continue to uphold this mandate. So that I can continue to work. And, grow together with all of you. Especially the people of Karawang, Purwakarta, and Bekasi Regency,” Verrell concluded.
