Vicky Prasetyo Hopes Angel Lelga Will Be Made a Suspect Soon

Kapanlagi.com - Vicky Prasetyo responded to the summons from the Central Jakarta Metro Police to undergo an Examination Report (BAP) regarding his report against Angel Lelga, on Thursday (8/10/2020). Vicky was asked 22 questions in the BAP regarding the accusation of defamation committed by Angel Lelga against him.

"Vicky was asked 22 questions, and I appreciate that the investigators went straight to the substance of the problem," said Razman Arif Nasution, Vicky Prasetyo's legal counsel, after the examination.

1. Defamation

In addition to answering the investigator's questions, Vicky Prasetyo also submitted evidence in the form of a YouTube video recording where Angel Lelga is suspected of attempting to defame Vicky Prasetyo.

"We found at least five statements that can and should be categorized as alleged defamation, including stating that Vicky lied, Vicky transferred money to naughty women, Vicky is a fraud, Vicky committed domestic violence," he said.

2. Hoping to Become a Suspect

Razman further stated that the summoning of Vicky to undergo an examination as a suspect is evidence that his client's report fulfills the elements of a criminal offense. Therefore, he hopes that the investigator can quickly make Angel Lelga a suspect.

"We hope that the investigator will promptly accuse Angel Lelga and detain her," said Razman.

Meanwhile, Vicky Prasetyo refused to be interviewed and fully entrusted the matter to his lawyer.
