Waiting for Certainty Wenny Ariani, Rezky Aditya Ready to Undergo DNA Test to Prove He is Not the Father of the Complainant's Child

Kapanlagi.com - Rezky Aditya, through his legal representative, Ana Sofa Yuking, emphasizes his willingness to undergo a DNA test as requested by Wenny Ariani. The test is conducted to prove the claim that Wenny's child is biologically Rezky's. Ana revealed that the DNA test is still waiting for confirmation from the complainant's side.

"Not yet. So we are still waiting for information from the complainant, where they want to conduct the DNA test," Ana said in her statement in the Cibinong area, Bogor recently.

Ana explained that Wenny's side had contacted Rezky's team to discuss the DNA test. However, until now, the schedule for the test has not been confirmed.

"If I'm not mistaken, she has contacted the team, but since I have also been very busy this week, I was asked by journalists for an interview as well, I didn't have time. So, hopefully, pray that maybe next week we will have good news," she said.

1. The Party of Rezky Who Requested a DNA Test

She also emphasized that from the beginning, Rezky Aditya's party had expressed their willingness to undergo a DNA test. "Yes, from the start we were the ones who asked. But it has always been said, why not from the beginning? We didn’t know, we only found out after being sued," Ana explained.

Regarding Wenny's report to the South Jakarta Police regarding allegations of child neglect, Ana stated that the report had previously been halted through SP3. However, now, the report has been reopened for further investigation.

"I don’t know, suddenly they want to reopen it. I don’t mind, in fact, eventually the police invited us for a case presentation," she said.

2. Rezky Is Not the Father of Wenny's Child

Ana sees the case presentation as a good opportunity to provide clarification directly. "I told Rezky, 'Rezky, this is actually a good opportunity for us to convey everything in front of the case presentation participants'," she said.

She highlighted the main point in the allegations of child neglect directed at Rezky. According to Ana, the allegations must be based on a clear legal relationship.

"What is being alleged, reported here is child neglect. Now, child neglect, according to the Child Protection Law, if a man is considered to neglect a child, there must be a legal relationship first. First, he must be the biological father, which is Rezky is not the biological father of that child," Ana asserted.
