Celebrity influencer Chandrika Chika was apprehended by the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police Drug Investigation Unit on Monday (22/4). Chika was arrested along with five of her friends at a hotel in the Karet area, Kuningan, South Jakarta. Now, this 20-year-old influencer has been declared a suspect along with her five friends.

In a press conference at the South Jakarta Metro Police Station on Wednesday (23/4), Chika and her friends were already wearing orange clothes.Â
During the press conference, Chika didn't speak much. She kept bowing her head and didn't want to look ahead.
When arrested with her friends, the police seized evidence in the form of vape pods containing marijuana liquid.Â
After undergoing examination and testing, the urine test results stated that all six individuals, including Chandrika Chika, tested positive for drugs, and two of them tested positive for methamphetamine.Â
The six suspects are charged under Article 127 of Law No. 35 of 2009 on narcotics and face a maximum prison sentence of 4 years.Â
"The article we are using is number 127 of Law 35 of 2009 with a penalty of 4 years in prison. For the initial R, we are conducting further investigation," said Waka Satreskoba South Jakarta Metro Police AKP Reska Anugrah to the media.
