Over two days, participants were invited to learn directly from nature while also interacting with the local community.

The activities included visits to a tea factory, tree planting, and community service at MIS Baitul Ghafur, Kampung Cilembeur, Desa Lebakmuncang. This program also included the 2023 Indonesian Cultural Teen Princess, Putri Widhiasari, who experienced learning outside the classroom.

Sir Fajar Pratama, as the Coordinator of the Interact Club Global Sevilla Pulo Mas, believes that activities like this have a significant impact on shaping the character of the younger generation. According to him, education is not just about academic values but also about empathy towards the environment and others.

"Okay, about yesterday's activity, on Saturday, our Interact group visited a tea factory in Rancabali PTPN Nusantara 1. There, we learned a lot about tea production, the mechanisms involved, and also knowledge about the different types of tea and how to produce them," said Sir Fajar Pratama to the media crew some time ago.

The next day, the participants continued their activities in the Natural Tourism area of Endah. They participated in tree planting and learned about tea processing done by the local community.

"Okay, for the activities on the second day, we visited Wisata Alamenda where we had tree planting and also learned about tea processing done by the local community," she said.

At the same location, Putri Widhiasari was also involved in various nature activities. In addition to trekking to Curug Pajajaran, the 12th-grade student also participated in educating elementary school children in Ciwidey.

3. Valuable Experience

"I went trekking with my friends to the Nature Tourism Village of Endah. We trekked to a waterfall, then had nature education, we learned about coffee, planted trees, and trekked to Curug Pajajaran, playing in the waterfall. After that trek, we taught and played with the younger kids at MI Baitul Ghafur in Ciwidey," said Putri.

For Putri, the activities became a valuable experience because she did it with friends who were also participating in a similar program for the first time. She also admitted to understanding the importance of preserving nature from a young age.
