Lesti Kejora Asserts She Has Responded to the Legal Notice, Says the Allegation of Bad Faith Is Incorrect

This time, Lesti's attorney, Sadrakh Seskoadi, emphasizes that his client is not a passive party or avoiding the issue. He even stated that the allegation of Lesti's lack of good faith is an accusation that does not match the facts.

Sadrakh explained that the Yoni Dores party only sent one official legal notice recorded on March 1, 2025. This notice was responded to in writing by Lesti Kejora's management on March 6, 2025, and the response letter was received by Yoni's party on March 11, 2025.

"So regarding the allegation of bad faith conveyed by Yoni Dores' assistant and attorney, we can evaluate together whether that is true or not," said Sadrakh when met in the Serengseng area, West Jakarta, on Monday (16/6/2025).

1. Lesti Management Provides Response Letter

In the response letter, Lesti's management has also included complete information, from name, address, to a contact phone number. The legal representative finds it very strange if Yoni's party still claims not to know how to contact Lesti.

"I think it is very easy to find the management, because in this response letter the name, address, and also the contact phone number are already attached," continued Sadrakh.

2. Denies Accusation of Lesti Being Uncooperative

Furthermore, he emphasized that even on Lesti Kejora's official Instagram account, the manager's phone number is also listed. Therefore, he feels that the accusation of Lesti being uncooperative is a form of incorrect framing.

"So if it is said that Lesti's side did not respond, did not want to give an answer, well maybe the media friends can assess now," said Sadrakh.

3. Regretting the Approach of Yoni Deres

Sadrakh also regrets the approach taken by Yoni Dores, who came to Lesti's house without an appointment and expressed emotions directly to the household. He believes that such behavior is actually unethical for a legal resolution that should be elegant.

"When there might be an appointment with Mr. Leo for example or anyone else, there should definitely be an appointment first. There’s a manager's number to contact first. But this one just came suddenly, angry and so on," said Sadrakh.

4. Lesti Attempts to Take Legal Action Back

Until now, Lesti and her legal team have not planned to take legal action back. However, they remain open to communication so that the issue can be resolved amicably.

"The function of the response letter to the summons is actually to open up communication opportunities," said Sadrakh.
