Baim Wong Says Paula Verhoeven Supports the Horror Thriller Film 'LEMBAYUNG'

He hopes that the reporters will focus more on promoting the film, while adding in a joking tone that "It could just be a gimmick," said Oka Antara, which was once again met with laughter from other Lembayung players.

While carrying his child, Baim Wong responded casually, stating that Paula fully supports the film Lembayung even though she was not present at the event. "Paula supports it," said Baim Wong.

2. Will Air in America

The film Lembayung is a horror thriller directed by Baim Wong, adapted from a viral thread on social media titled Jin Poli Gigi. Baim stated that the film has received offers to be screened in several countries, including the possibility of Hollywood.

However, as of now, there is no certainty about when the film will be shown in American cinemas. "Actually, there are already six countries and someone from Hollywood has already WhatsApped me. So they have heard about it and I have shown it to them, but it’s not final yet," said Baim Wong.

In addition to Oka Antara, this film is also starred by several big names such as Arya Saloka, Taskya Namya, and Yasamin Jasem. The film will start airing on September 19, 2024.
