Shooting Together with Cinta Laura in Imperfect The Series 2, Reza Rahadian: No Difficulty at All

Kapanlagi.com - Reza Rahadian finally joins WeTV Original Imperfect The Series 2. As known, the previous season focused more on the boarding house gang consisting of Kiky Saputri, Neneng Wulandari, Zsa Zsa Utari, and Aci Resti. This time, Reza Rahadian once again takes on an important role, just like in the Imperfect film.

"Well, in the first season, if you watched it, the story was when Reza was working out of town, and now Reza has returned to Jakarta. That's what makes us nervous, living in a boarding house and having a single man around. So, watch it," said Kiky Saputri while laughing during a press conference at Studio Persari, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, on Sunday (9/19).

Meanwhile, Reza Rahadian, who plays Dika, said there haven't been many changes to his character.

"There's no change in the character, it's still the same character from the film continuing to the series. Dika's presence becomes the thread that ties everything together in the film or series. So, this time, his presence talks about his background," explained Reza Rahadian.

In addition to Reza Rahadian, WeTV Original Imperfect The Series 2 will be even more exciting because there are many cameos, one of which is Cinta Laura. Reza Rahadian is happy to be able to act alongside Cinta Laura for the first time.

"This is the first time we've met (Cinta). We had quite a lot of text exchanges and there were no difficulties at all. Cinta is very cooperative, willing to discuss and open," said Reza Rahadian.

Cinta Laura also expressed her joy in working with Ernest Prakasa, Reza Rahadian, and other actors.

"Of course, I'm very happy to collaborate with Reza and Ernest and WeTV. I've never shot an OTT series before, this is my first experience. The chemistry with Reza is easy because I'm very open in communication, I always ask my co-stars what else is missing. Because the two of us never feel hurt if there's an evaluation, like you lack this or that, I'm very open to receiving feedback from them. As a team, we have to collaborate," she explained.

2. Shooting Feels Like Family

Even though this time the shooting is still in a pandemic situation, Reza Rahadian admitted that he did not encounter any significant obstacles. He is actually very happy to be involved in this series because the cast and crew are like family to him.

"Shooting during a pandemic is difficult. Everything is challenging, but everyone is back to work and even other crew members are working. Thank God there are no obstacles at all, so far everything is going smoothly and I always feel happy. Ernest and the film Imperfect plus WeTV have become my family too," concluded Reza Rahadian.
