Kapanlagi.com - Actor Gary Iskak is finally reunited with Tora Sudiro in a film. This time, they will play roles in a comedy drama film titled MANGGA MUDA.
Playing in comedy films is not new for the 46-year-old actor. He expressed his joy in being able to meet his old friends.
"Happy, comfortable, they're friends too, great collaboration, it's nice," he said during the promotion of the film MANGGA MUDA at F7 Mini Soccer field, Cilandak, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (14-1).
The role played by Gary in this film is being a Batak person. Moreover, he has long wanted to work with Tora Sudiro again.
"Being Kamal, Kamal is Tora Sudiro's friend, he is a Batak person. I have been wanting to work with Tora again," he explained.
"Before the film, we were already friends, but we rarely met, there was a short adaptation period and that's it," Gary added.

Meanwhile, for his role as a Batak person, this man of Javanese-Bogor-Dutch descent did not experience much difficulty. Because, he has played a similar character in a soap opera before.
"Not really, I have also played a Batak person in a soap opera. In the end, I didn't use the exact language, so it evolved from the situation," he concluded.
